Meet The Cast

Ryan Hartman
Ryan is thrilled to be working with this stellar cast under the guidance of Troy. You may or may not have seen Ryan performing across the country in theaters seating 1800 or cafeterias with 6 bored children. One of Ryan’s standout performances included a private performance for Tony Danza (we can talk about that later). Originally from SoCal, Ryan earned a degree in Drama from UC Irvine. Special thanks to his husband for his misguided belief in Ryan’s dance ability, and his pups Izzy and Bea (you too Cheese).

Emily Molinaro
Emily is a performer native to Pinellas County who shares her love of the arts on the stage, studio and screen. She's worked with performing companies such as Eight O'clock Theater and OneLight Dance Company. She is an instructor at Premier Dance Academy and the Dance and Circus Arts of Tampa Bay. She has film credits in several independent short films such as Likness (2022), One Last Love to Remember (2025) and A Beautiful Family (2026) and the feature film Jellyfish Season (2025).
She would like to thank her wonderful family and tremendous husband for their support.

The Musical!), Micheal Dorsey/Dorothy Michaels (Tootsie), and Aldolpho (The Drowsy Chaperone) at Manatee Performing Arts Center, and Mitch Mahoney (Spelling Bee) at mad Theatre. All his love to his amazing friends, family, and adorable bulldogs!

Rico Navedo
Rico is currently nominated for best local break out performer for the Watermark Out Awards. You have either saw him walking in fashion shows, acting in commercials, performing in theatre shows like most recently Kinky Boots, and performing as their Drag persona Reb3l. Rico would like to thank his friends and family for always being his support system while he strives to be a performer. He would not be the creative person he is today without them who he is constantly inspired by. You can follow him on instagram @reb3lsw0rld to see where he’s performing next.

Bianca Rotondo
Bianca is thrilled to be part of Beyond First Impressions. Previous credits include ensemble roles in Cabaret, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, 9 to 5, The Wedding Singer, Sweet Charity, and Judas in Godspell at EOT. Her musical theatre debut was in 2023 in Little Shop of Horrors (WCP) as featured ensemble and understudy for a gender-swapped Orin Scrivello, DDS - another Reamsnyder production! She played multiple roles in an all-female version of the Greek comedy, Lysistrata (Dingbat Theatre), including as husband to her real-life wife and Beyond First Impressions castmate, Shannon Wright.
